How do I make a purchase?
After you have found the product that you like and chosen the size and colour, click on the add to cart button and follow the prompts. If you are having any difficulties call us on +61 439914396 or email us at sales@mummyhoney.com

Can I order by phone?
Yes you can! Find the item that you like, know your size and the colour and call us on +61 439914396 and we can put the order through for you! Make sure you have your credit card details ready.

How do I contact customer care?
In the main navigation menu there is a link called CONTACT US, click on this and there is a form that you can fill out and send to us or you can email us at hello@mummyhoney.com

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items that are shown when you have searched the products are in stock. If the size that you would like does not appear in the sizes listed on the product page we are sold out in that size. If you would like to order an item email us at sales@mummyhoney.com or let us know using the Contact us form.

What payment methods does Mummy Honey accept?
We accept Paypal, visa and mastercard. We also accept direct debit, if you wish to make payment by this option please contact us with your order details at sales@mummyhoney.com and we will provide you with the necessary account details. Orders will only be despatched upon receipt of payment.

If ordering by post, we will also accept cheques (AUD only please, no overseas cheques) and money orders. Goods will be despatched once cheques have cleared.

Is it safe to make a purchase on Mummy Honey with my credit card?

How will I know if Mummy Honey has received my order?
When you place an order you will receive an email from us of which will confirm receipt of your order and will provide you with an order reference number.
