Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 500g.

Australian Orders
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Your goods will be despatched the next business day and sent Express Post. Packages should be received in 1 to 5 working days.

Postage costs for Express Post are calculated when placing the order. All postage costs are the current costs charged by Australia Post.

International Orders
International orders will be shipped via Australia Post and may take up to 14 working days to be received. Option for type of shipment can be selected when placing the order. All shipping costs are the current costs charged by Australia Post for shipping to the requested destination.

If you find that your package is taking longer than the times indicated to arrive please email us at hello@mummyhoney.com. Please keep in mind public holidays do not count as business days.

Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. But if for any reason this is not the case, we will gladly provide you with an exchange or full refund within the framework of our returns policy. Please advise us at hello@mummyhoney.com within 3 days of receipt of goods if you are planning to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

To request a refund for all or part of your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition with packaging and all tags in place within 7  business days of receipt, quoting your name and invoice number. Any merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. We do not offer refunds on sale items but will consider exchanges. If you were eligible for our free shipping offer, our shipping charge will be deducted from any monies refunded. Postage charges on returned orders are not refundable. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the day of receipt of your returned item(s) for your account to be credited. 

To request an exchange for all or part of your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition with packaging and all tags in place within 7 business days of receipt, quoting your name, invoice number and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for your returned item(s). The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs of exchanging items and you may include your own prepaid/express post satchel for return delivery or we can organise this for you at the current Australis Post shiping fees for required delivery destination.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@mummyhoney.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped to:

Mummy Honey, 8 Conway Place, Gowrie, ACT, Australia. 

Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to obtain a refund or an exchange (please advise, what size and colour to exchange), and the return postal address. Please include your email address and phone number.

It is important to note that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up or a deodorant as it may leave marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item marked or otherwise damaged in your care as they will be deemed in a unsuitable condition for resale.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for postage as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery.

In the unlikely event that the item is found to have been faulty on despatch to you, you will be refunded your postage costs for returning the item to Mummy Honey. We will then happily send you a replacement with no postage costs. Please contact us at hello@mummyhoney.com as soon as you have received the faulty items.

Please accept our sincere apologies if you have received a package which is not what you originally ordered. Contact us quoting your order number and details of whether you require a refund or a replacement and we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. In this instance we will of course refund the cost of returning the item.
